The Bikini Shoppe is Mission Beach's premium swimwear boutique, located a block from the sand in San Diego. We've been providing hand-picked bikinis, beachwear, and accessories with comfort and style since 1993. Our staff is trained to give every customer a personalized shopping experience and help you find the perfect fit — covering you from head to toe for the beach, pool, or your next tropical getaway.

Is this store owner operated?

Yes. The Bikini Shoppe first opened in Mission Beach in 1993 under the same ownership and has been family-run ever since. In 2011, we relocated to our current location at 728 Ventura Place.

What brands are sold in this store?

We carry 20+ swim and beachwear brands, including Beach Bunny, Frankies Bikinis, Luli Fama, L*Space, Maaji, PQ Swim, Billabong, Body Glove, Eidon, O'Neill, Roxy, Rip Curl, RVCA, Vitamin A, ViX, Sunsets, Salty Cali, Sun Bum, Pura Vida, Rainbow Sandals, Reef, and more. Do you sell second-hand or pre-owned articles?

No, we do not sell second-hand or pre-owned items. All of our swimwear, apparel, and accessories are brand new.

Our online store is available in English.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! You can shop in person at our San Diego store: 728 Ventura Place, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92109. Online orders can also be returned at this location.

Do you ship internationally?

The Bikini Shoppe offers shipping to all USA states, territories, APO/FPO addresses and internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We have a $150 cart minimum before reaching free shipping.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You can return online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as items are unused, in resellable condition (original tags, packaging, and hygienic liners intact), and not on sale. Missed the 14-day window? We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. This policy applies to online purchases; in-store purchases follow the policy posted in our shop.

Do you allow customers to request and manage their own returns?

To start a return or exchange, email us at contact@thebikinishoppe.com to request a Return Authorization, then ship your item back (at your own expense — we recommend a traceable method) to:

Online orders can also be returned in person at our San Diego store. We'll email you once your return is processed; refunds typically appear within 10 business days.
